OWO Puff | How Vape Packaging Design and WooCommerce Created a Complete Brand Experience

When Ermal, the owner of OWO Puff, approached me, he wanted a brand identity that would stand out in Switzerland’s growing vape market. The vision was clear: design packaging and an e-commerce experience that would boost sales in both physical stores and online.

🎯 The Challenge

The vaping market is crowded with generic packaging and poorly built websites. For OWO Puff, the challenge was two-fold:

  1. Vape Packaging Design that was attractive, compliant with regulations, and easy to recognize.

  2. WooCommerce Development that provided a smooth online shopping experience for puff disposable vapes.

🎨 The Design Process

I divided the project into three creative and technical phases:

  1. Label & Packaging Design

    • Created sleek, modern labels using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

    • Focused on clear typography, bold flavor visuals, and nicotine warnings.

    • Designed packaging that looked premium but also retail-compliant.

  2. 3D Mockups & Animation

    • Using Blender, I produced high-quality 3D mockups of vape devices and packaging.

    • Developed an engaging 3D animation to showcase products in motion, perfect for website sliders and social media.

    • Helped the client visualize the product before mass production.

  3. WooCommerce Store Development

    • Built the OWO Puff website on WordPress WooCommerce, optimizing it for vape product sales.

    • Integrated features like flavor categories, bulk order options, and simple checkout.

    • Applied performance optimization to ensure fast load times.
